Stay Category: Camp
Located in Pisgah National Forest, Cove Creek has two large sites available that allows up to 60 people each for $95 per night.
Each site is fully equipped for group camping with a water pump, vault toilets, picnic area, fire pit and grill. The sites are shady with lots of flat grassy area for RVs and tents. Beware you will have two stream crossings on the drive into the sites, which may be impassable after a heavy rain. A high-profile or four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.
Extra bonus! Between the two sites is Cove Creek Waterfall, a lovely waterfall that is a smaller version of the popular Sliding Rock Waterfall on US 276 that kids of all ages love sliding down with several easy trails leading to it.
