Steamed all-beef natural skin hotdogs from Vienna Beef in Chicago on a poppy seed bun.
Toppings are freshly made and include sweet onions cooked with Oskar Blues Old Chub, a variety of ketchups, mustards and sauces. Check out the signature Pisgah Bier Cheeze Sauce and the Aloha Sauce made with pureed pineapple, teriyaki and sweet chili sauce.
