Enduring menu favorites: the Insalata di barbabietole – an artful composition of golden and red beets, gorgonzola cheese, walnuts and baby greens drizzled with beet oil; the Butternut Squash Ravioli – a unique medley of large ravioli filled with kielbasa sausage and mashed butternut squash in a brown butter sage sauce; and any of the wood-oven personal pizzas.
